It's simple. GOOD. Spend your life choosing to do good. Philanthropy, education or just basic kindness. Be connected, get involved, inspire change . . . whatever you envision. . . all in the name of GOOD.
WHO I AM
My name is Carson King (hence, King for Good). I am a high school student. I play both football and basketball and I'm a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Oklahoma City Thunder. Much of my world revolves around sports, friends, music and family. I live with my Mom, Dad and little brother in Folsom, CA. Oh...and I can't forget my dog Maddyn, a rescue Boxer/German Shepherd mix that completed our family. I am extremely lucky in this life and King for Good is just a small way to give back. THE impact
GOOD has a ripple effect. Every bit of kindess put out into the world multiplies. So if even just one person is positively impacted by this cause, I will be happy. That being said, my goal is to gain momentum, include others and make a real difference.
The Programs

Session #1 was a success. Next date TBA.
I'm just getting started, but the plan is to cater to various needs that exist in our community. Some will be education based, others may be fundraisers for a specific cause. Here are a few things in the planning stages:
• Gently Used/New Sporting Goods Recycling Event - POSTPONED 2020 due to COVID-19
• Covid-19 Mask Making Project - March/April 2020 - Making masks to help protect our medical professionals and first responder. Every little bit helps.
• Impact Teen Driver: Distracted Driving Forum
• VOLUNTEER DAY - Multiple Days TBA
• Allergy Awareness - As a kid with severe food allergies, my goal is to create awareness, raise funds for research & help those who cannot afford their Epi-Pens get the life saving medication. Events TBA.
• Run to Feed the Hungry, Sacramento: Thanksgiving Day Annual Event Fundraiser
• Papa Steve Fundamentals Football Camp - May (annually)
• Folsom Food Drive - September (annually)
• Holiday Outreach Giving Tree - December (annually)
